This is what you will experience for 3 days and 3 nights
FIRST DAY
18:00 - 19:00: Registration of participants
20:00 - 22 :00: Group welcome and preparation for the session with the ancestral nocturnal instrument.
22:00 - 03 :00: First night session, for the work of opening and increasing sensitivity.
3:00 - 09:00: Rest in own bed and shared rooms.
FROM THE SECOND DAY
09:00 - 10:30: Session with an ancestral instrument: body purification and detoxification. Breakfast for those not participating in the sessions.
10:30 - 14:00: Session of conscious integration.
14:00: Session with an ancestral instrument: re-connection with Consciousness.
15:00 - 16:00: Lunch.
16:00 - 19:30: Rest or activities such as meditation, music, and group therapeutic dynamics (according to the schedule of each retreat).
19:30 - 20:30: Snack.
8:30 - 22:30: Preparation for the session with the ancestral nocturnal instrument.
22:30 - 03:00: Second night session: recognition of mental patterns and evolution.
3:00 - 09:00: Rest in own bed and shared rooms.
THIRD DAY
09:00 - 10:30: Session with an ancestral instrument: body purification and detoxification. Breakfast for those not participating in the sessions.
10:30 - 14:00: Session of conscious integration.
14:00: Session with an ancestral instrument: re-connection with Consciousness.
15:00 - 16:00: Lunch.
16:00 - 19:30: Rest or activities such as meditation, music, and group therapeutic dynamics (according to the schedule of each retreat).
19:30 - 20:30: Snack.
20:30 - 22:30: Preparation for the session with the ancestral nocturnal instrument.
22:30 - 03:00: Third night session: emotional release and celebration of life.
3:00 - 09:00: Rest in own bed and shared rooms.
LAST DAY
09:00 - 10:30: Session with an ancestral instrument: body purification and detoxification.
10:30 - 14:00: Session of Conscious Integration and retreat closing.
14:00 - 15:30: Final lunch, gratitude, and farewell.
